We can offer iron oxide in different qualities. These products were yielded by recycling of hydochloric acid containing dissolved iron from the pickling process.

Pickling is a metal surface treatment used to remove impurities, such as stains, inorganic contaminants, rust or scale from ferrous metals. A solution called pickle liquor, which contains strong acids, is used to remove the surface impurities. It is commonly used to descale or clean steel in various steelmaking processes.

The iron oxide production begins when waste acid is pumped to a venturi scrubber where it is preheated and concentrated by contacting the hot gases from a spray roaster. Concentrated waste acid undergoes the following chemical reaction to produce iron oxide an hydrochlorid acid:
